In trouble again ..... complaints department is inundated with messages ....

We have been so busy in the last couple of weeks that we have not updated the blog. We are sorry about this oversight and will endeavour to make sure that it does not happen again ........ Well, our surprise visitors worked their little socks off last weekend, tiling, mixing, digging, grouting...... the list is endless. They were so busy that they missed their ferry home. It is of course not the first time that they have missed the ferry but normally it is on the way here!!! However, I suppose I must admit that they actually missed it on purpose this time so that they could do some more work!!! The gite is well under way. The downstairs shower room is almost finished and beautifully tiled. The bathroom in the south wing is well underway and should be finished during the early part of next week. The tiles on the floor look stunning thanks to some very good grouting work!!! He he!!! We have now managed to secure the tiles for the downstairs. Andrews passion for leboncoin has paid off again. The children are looking forward to the party as much as we are now. Kirsty is adamant that she is not sharing her bedroom with anyone this time, not even Gordy!!!! We will have to see about that!!! The thai curry is now on order for the Friday night and the pig is ordered for the roast on Sunday. Now all I have to do is plan the eight other meals!!!!! Suggestions on a postcard to .............. Andrew has finally become French!!! The beard has gone and he is working on the moustache ...... He has had his identity photo taken this morning for his carte vitale with the new look!!!! Any comments will be gratefully received on this new man!!!!
