Works have continued today on the pig house. Andrew, Tony and Josh have worked hard mixing more mortar to build walls and do some pointing. They have also cleared the hay out of the building, its a bit less comfy now!!!! We will put some nice new straw in there when the new babies arrive.

Piggies - 55kg max (dead) weight is a nice manageable size. Any ideas on taste, texture and cooking times please, 'cause I have no experience with pot bellied pigs?

Where have they built the Pig house? and what sort of Pigs are they? I love piglets but not to eat are they going to be pets? as you know Mike loves Pork!!!!
