The Start of the Holidays

Well, we are already at two weeks Winter holiday!! How did that part of the term go that quick?

My mum and Tom arrived on Saturday with Andrew and we have not stopped since. Tom has not worked so hard in years, but I am pleased to say he is still smiling! The fence in the bottom field is almost complete, so we will be able to have our first animals quite soon. Tom has also been instructed in preparing logs and bringing them into the kitchen. He is an excellent house guest.

For those of you who know her, my mum has been cleaning! No surprises there then! She is behaving herself though and enjoying spending lots of time with the grandchildren!
