We are nearly there .....

Well, the kids and I have just about managed to last the first two weeks without Andrew. I cant say it has been all great but we have had some good moments.
Kirsty has now had her second riding lesson and there were no more tears. She is celebrating her birthday at school today with her friends and teacher. It is also a dress up day for Mardi Gras as well, so a good day should be had by all.
Josh is off to the cinema with his class this morning, in French of course. We will find out at lunch what it was about, or not!!!!
We have also made some new friends in the past two weeks. Vicky, an English lady who lives about ten minutes away in Montchauvet and Laurence and her two children Aurelie and Dorian, who live in the farm down the road. Dorian is always talking about Kirsty at home, the new English girl!! Maybe, a blossoming romance!! Aurelie is in Joshs class but is only just seven, she is in CP at the moment. Both are lovely and good new friends.
Anyway, take care all and here are a couple more photos to keep you going. x

Hi Guys! we are following the blog with great anticipation, its fab to be able to catch up with you like this! Midnight in Bangkok here and free wifi in the lobby so I'm all cozied up here and Ian has got his feet on the table and a lovely cold beer so all is well with us! It was great to see Andrew the other night (too many beers again) and fantastic to see all the photos and hear all the stories! You are very brave but what a fanatastic adventure! I envy the beach just wait until summer and you will be brown as gingerbread men and sipping wine on the beach for sunset along with nutella crepes and baguette au jambon et fromage.....
Lots of love to you all
