What can we do with 269 Kiwi Fruit???

Today I have harvested the last of this years produce. By some miracle our Kiwi trees that last year gave us 6 kiwis, have impressively this year produced 269. They will take 3 or 4 weeks to soften up but, once they have, what can we do with them?

    Make more Jam
    Fruit Puree
    Cheese Cake topping
    Bottle them
    Make Wine?
    Feed them to the Pigs(ready made Sweet and sour!!!!)
